Does a VA home loan, help people with bad credit? Can you purchase a HUD home with a VA mortgage?

There is an HUD home for around $30000, my husband an i are thinking about purchasing, we’d need a mortgage for around $50000. We don’t have good credit, can a VA loan help with that? Any other suggestions?
Just to clarify, the house is valued at $78000, but has been on the market for 2 years, which is why the broker has lowered the price to 30000.

Can my mortgage lender take away funds from my checking account without my permission?

I’m almost three months behind with my mortgage payments. I bank with Bank of America which also happends to be the parent company of my lender (LaSalle Bank). Do they have the right to take my money? Do you think my lender is aware I have a checking account with them?

Can I rent out my home with a VA mortgage?

We are getting stationed out of state and having a hard time selling our home. We have been living in it for a year and thinking if we can’t sell to rent it out. Is this an option for us? Do we have to contact the VA or our mortgage company to let them know we are wanting to rent it?

What to expect when buying a home with a VA loan?

We’re currently in the process of buying our first home using a VA loan. I’m not sure what to expect during closing? Do we pay closing cost PLUS the VA fees? (which I know VA fees can be rolled into the loan) Or is the VA fees the same as the closing cost?
